Bad days come but bad days go. Tomorrow is always a new day. When having a bad day, take a deep breath, go for a run, or simply go to bed early. Rest always recharges your battery. Find a way to remain attracted to people without worrying about their looks. Don’t just live, exist. We’re alive, we’re healthy and we truly are blessed. Just because you may be having a bad day doesn’t mean you’re going to lose your mind. Control your thoughts and be careful with your words. Picture it as reading a book, you may not approve of the first couple of pages, but you have to read through it to understand the next chapter. Don’t look back just turn the page and believe that tomorrow will be a better day.
